HCS All State Players Named

I am proud to announce that once again our football team has been honored by the media across the state of Indiana with All-State accolades. This round of awards were voted on by the associated press. Although the HCS football team did not reach the state championship, Eagle squad shocked the state of Indiana with 11 of the players being named to the All State team.
Leading the way with first team nominations were Quarterback Seniors Jackson Kirtley and Kicker Alex Butterworth. Joining Kirtley and Butterworth with post season honors on the Honorable Mention list on the offensive side of the ball were Senior Offensive Tackle Evan Winiger, Senior Running Back Austin Olvey, and Senior Wide Receiver James Houck and Freshman Anthony Warrum.
The Defensive All State recipients were Junior Defensive End Kevin Fitzpatrick, Senior Defensive Nose guard Blake McFarland, Junior linebacker Brendon Burke, Senior Inside Linebacker Max Russell, and Junior Cornerback Nick Cummings.
Congratulations to all of our football team and the way in which they continue to carry the tradition of His excellence.
